Roche merger and acquisition stories keep popping up. Last month there was a story about a possible Roche/Novartis merger. This month on the 5th the Financial Times ran a story that included speculation about a Roche hostile takeover of ZEN. The next day Bloomberg had a Roche/AHP merger story, which was repeated on Jan 10 by Individual Investors Online. Yesterday, the Financial Times again ran a story on upcoming Roche moves including a hostile takeover of ZEN, AAB, or a merger with a large pharma. Today the FT had similar speculation on Roche's need to merger or acquire to again become number one. Details linked to the Merger Mania table at biocognizance.com
