Steve- Re: your post on TNE - G-S had target of 45 for yearend '99. ( We can look at this target with a sense of humor at this point) Both TNE and UBB seem cheap by all measures. The problem is that they keep getting cheaper. We probably should be looking at SE asia for analogies- although the underlying issues are very different. There were two big selloffs, with a semi-recovery in between. At this point, I think it is to early to buy. Tony
