Let's talk a little business here...

Anyone who had read the court transcripts knows that the DTC is an indispensable party to the suit and therefore must be named as a defendant before Judge George lets the case continue. Adding the DTC to the defendant list is as simple as just naming them. However, to assure they are legally required to show up in court they have to be served. I find it quite interesting that there's no record anywhere of AZNT actually serving the DTC. And even if the DTC is served, it is my understanding they can still petition the court to dismiss them as a defendant. Of course I don't have to tell you what that might do to AZNT's case.

So, has or has not the DTC yet been served by AZNT?
