If I could have a moment of serious reflection from you, are you not at all concerned that FNTN has not released any actual income and expense figures for some time, and has ignored emails from at least two people that I know of (myself and one other person I know of through PMs who refuses to post here on the topic for quite good reasons)? I have written to Alan Ross on three different occasions simply asking for an amplification of the "fiancials" released just prior to the annual meeting. You will recall they claimed they had audited 1997 and unaudited 3Q98 figures, but released only net income and four lines of balance sheet numbers.

I'm certainly not going to accuse FNTN of anything shady, but I frankly can't see why they would have audited financials but not be willing to release their total sales and their expenses to shareholders. Isn't this information that shareholders in a public company, even if only a BB stock, have a right to?

Is information from 1997, now a year old, so sensitive that it should be kept secret for competitive reasons?

Can you think of any good reason why this information would not be made available on request?
