Ken, you asked: Does Bay need to integrate its enterprise planning software with that of Nortel? Exactly. Bay uses SAP and Nortel uses BAAN. So they will use the Crossworlds product to combine the 2 and get a picture of the whole new company. Eventually they will pick either SAP or Baan for the whole company. wj
