Here's another ending...

...tactics were not abusive or unusual in the United States of
America as governed by Bill Clinton and the Democratic Congress
in 1994.

After all, who was it who signed and passed the law in 1994 to
change the Federal rules of evidence to specifically give the
plaintiff in a harassment lawsuit the upper hand regarding
the discovery of a defendant's sexual history?
Hint... it wasn't the Nazis...

In general, forgetting about Clinton for a moment, do you agree
with the concept that a plaintiff in a sexual harassment lawsuit
is entitled to discovery of defendant's workplace-related sexual
history (even if consensual)?
