Greenie comes under the Fed/Bonds in the Market Mood. Some things may not makes sense to you because I basically am using these notes for my own trading. They may not mean much to others.

Personally I think he is more worried about supporting the market now with Latin America falling apart. If anything he might help us out and drop rates;)
