In general, forgetting about Clinton for a moment, do you agree with the concept that a plaintiff in a sexual harassment lawsuit is entitled to discovery of defendant's workplace-related sexual history (even if consensual)?

Well if what you mean by workplace-related consentual sexual history are things like the sound of the snap of someones bra as they take it off, whether this activity occured on the sabbath (or, equally important, whether they were listening to black sabbath), detailed decriptions of a few encounters and sex toys used therein... then my answer is no, I dont I dont agree that a plaintiff is entitled to "discover" this information - and publish it on the internet, either.

Funny, but my guess is this might have been a gross misinterpretation of that law.
