If you're going to tell a story, tell it accurately and completely.
"Furthermore......one should consider DGIV's peers....take ETEL for example,, here's a fully reporting IP company with exclusive technology (patented),, revenues,, with a current market cap of approx. $40mm ..... with that said......can you justify the mere $4mm premium ETEL is trading at given DGIV is still in the development stages of business (if that)???"
Yes that can be justified. First of all, ETEL had a net loss of over 6 million dollars last year. Digitcom reported a profit of almost $300,000. Sure, ETEL's market cap is only $40mm, but a few months ago it was over $150mm. The stock price has plummeted from $20 a few months ago. Their losses just keep growing. Most recently, they posted a $.25 loss vs a .12 loss in the same quarter last year. Sure, they're fully reporting, but they are fully reporting terrible numbers. It is my opinion that Digitcom will become fully reporting in the very near future. They were just waiting to secure some contracts so the numbers would look a little better. We've got the contracts, look forward to seeing the financials.
