we know naysayers ' agenda-they are here to bring down the share price. Their posts are only for that purpose. DGIV investors know that in due time, we have an IP telephony with contracts world-wide. The business opportunities presented to DGIV through its connections will be very rewarding. In due time, the SEC filing will be done. With each contract, the value of DGIV is increased. The China contract and the Teltek connection have huge implication, and the share price reflects this fact. Naysayers talked about valuation. Exactly how is a company judged? Should profitless Internet companies be worth more than Coca-Cola, Ford, GM???? Internet companies are valued based on their POTENTIAL. Likewise, DGIV is worth its value because of its POTENTIAL!!! By the way, we are seeing that DGIV is beginning to realize its POTENTIAL to be a global IP telephony company with the series of contracts already announced, with even more on the way. By the time you wait for a full accounting of DGIV contracts sometimes in the future, you won't be seeing 2 dollars/share either. You can pay now, or you can pay later <ggg>
