regis--

no.

what i know, right now, is that ecommerce companies are big news...and big stocks. not doing a public offering has cost the company money. it was a stupid strategic move, pure and simple.

>two customers<...YHOO and AMZN went public bleeding money and with very few clients. this isnt an excuse. i know IBs at goldman that can turn lead into gold with words in a prospectus.

what i guess no one at corporate gets is the REAL value of having the stock publicly listed. for one, it attracts the kind of developers and programmers the enterprise needs to succeed. they will want a definite timeframe to an IPO. maybe they will get...at least they will get rich off it. the only payoff we get is from the stock that PPOD retains.

i will say this...the parkinsons are pretty smart people. wonder how much splitpea they personally own<G>.

good luck to all,
trey
