janice dear there was to be an immediate return of the stock but you will recall the ploy jboxford pulled by saying they fed ex'd the cert to dtc. therefore aznt must extend injunction & restraining order to dtc to get immediate return of this stock . as dtc asked aznt to for stipulation & said they would lift this freeze voluntarily if removed from the case. the problem dear is where is the cert? why did jboxford have physical possession of this stock & still have 4million share credit @ dtc from may-oct '97? where is cert now? where does montel say it is. my understanding is this issue may very well be resolved now so we must all wait for this answer together. so as you know this is why stock was not immediately returned. i mustt go home now dear & i suggest you get away from cpu yourself. spider
