Can you explain, for example, why Starr has, in a supposed quest for truth, never actually met with his key witness Monica Lewinsky (I mean a one-on-one personal talk). As the appointed prosecutor, the least I would expect of this man would be to be sufficiently involved to meet himself with his key witness! (and all the others too!)

I find it strangely ironic, in contrast, that the key issue right now before the Senate, as is clearly being pushed by hard right Republicans, is the necessity of direct witness contact (particularly Lewinsky)..... "BECAUSE OF THE IMMEDIATENESS IT AFFORDED IN GETTING AT THE TRUTH".

Starr certainly did not feel the importance of the "immediateness" of such contact. It's very difficult to fathom this dichotomy...it does not depict, on the part of the lead prosecutor, a thorough approach to developing a convincing case and certainly is not competent.
