Did you all see this from October on DBCC?

BARRON'S-- "...investors can profit by...avoiding its IPO..."

OFFERINGS IN THE OFFING by Scott Reeves

"...MARKETWATCH.COM IS A GOOD company that could be a bad
investment...the
number of people using its site is rising sharply. But there's
nothing compelling
about the content, nothing that will draw and hold users from other
sites or make it
the first destination for market watchers to click onto each
morning. In short, the
company produces a solid product that probably will be made less
important by
larger and and more sharply focused competitors...for many
individual investors,
Yahoo's financial site is a dream. For lively commentary and
discussion groups, it's
hard to beat Silicon Investor...But is MarketWatch vital to the
mix?...MarketWatch
may be too small to be comprehensive and too broadly focused to
provide in-depth
coverage...still, CBS MarketWatch did finish second in Barron's
ranking of
investment sites (see page 31)...At best, MarketWatch appears to be
a trading
stock...Individual investors can profit by reading MarketWatch's
stories and
avoiding its IPO..."
