I am also an Etrade Platinum Level who is feeling duped. I make well over 1000 trades per year and I got ZERO shares of MKTW. But, I have been with Etrade 3 years and have earned the right to call Etrade what it is, an amateur attempting to play ball in a professional league. All the pretty graphics and well placed ads are winning over the masses, though. Does this situation reek of AOL??? So, you ask me why I stay with Etrade if I am so dissatisfied? Well, I kept hoping that they would get it right. I just don't think they will.
