Vijay, I am very familiar with the company and most of its management team. Company is undertaking extensive systems review and will probably go from being behind curve to cutting edge. Progress on CIO and CFO is being made. Sam's was the big problem last quarter -- Hong Kong is shaping up to be the problem this quarter. Nevertheless it will take at least two and probably three quarters for wall street credibility to return.
