Quahog, The SEC approving this rule the other day is great news for investor's. Myself & many others sent numerous e/m's urging the SEC to approve the NASD proposal. This will force otc-bb co.'s to report or be sent to the pink sheet's. I don't know if WINR has started the process too become fully reporting or not, this past year it wasn't a very high priority. Getting the business up & running was! I would think filing the form-10 & becoming a fully reporting co. has probably moved up on the priority list in the last couple of mos. now that contracts & cash are starting to flow. I don't think WINR will have to worry about meeting the new OTC-bb regs, I expect we will trade on the NASDAQ before they even go into effect. I think we will see more contracts, the form-10 filing, a $4 share price, And an application to the NASDAQ small cap over the next 4-6 mos. This co. has come all long way in the last 60 days. JC
