I did, and I applied, yet I didn't get any. And yes, I am holding shares from the last IPO(I did not flip it) and there is cash in the account. I want an investigation. My take on preferred access is not an email the day before saying check the site tomorrow. Sorry to disagree with you, but my interpretation of preferred access is different than yours.
