Fundamentals?

Anyone here familiar with the financials on this company? What about fundamentals? I can't seem to find any SEC filings on the EDGAR system.

Is this just another penny stock strapped for cash and in a typical death spiral?

Here's what I've found so far...

1) Location, location, location: Headquartered in Pompano Beach, FL; Incorporated in Nevada.

2) Company name(s): (Woodie III, Inc. in 1990, then Tee-Rific Corp., and finally Shop TV, Inc. in 1998)

3) Public Listing Process: Reverse merger through a public shell

4) Financials: Not reported to the SEC, nor listed on the company's website (but Coming Soon)

5) Price/share: $0.375 (already in danger of being delisted less than 8 months after first day of public trading)

Am I missing something here?
