Keith, sorry for butting in here but I would like to play "devil's advocate" just for the fun of it. I know nothing about Inpathique except what I read in the Usenet NewsGroups when it was being flogged for sale .... but you said ...

"According to INPATHIQUE this stock was a buy at $46 ... it never got above $45 ...".

While this certainly wouldn't be a valid example to show Inpathique's success ... it certainly seems no more valid an argument to show Inpathique's failure. Don't you agree?

After all, according to you, the "buy" was never triggered so there was never a "false signal" in this example?
