If you really think that Bill Clinton's predicament is unique,
then you are living in a dream world...

thelaborletter.com

Here's an example of an article (dated February 1997, well
before we ever heard the name "Monica") describing the legal
strategy of naming an individual executive to intimidate him
and force a settlement. In the article, the strategy is likened
to "terrorism". We never heard the Democrats complaining about
this situation before! As I mentioned earlier, Clinton signed
the law which enabled this! The diehard feminists cheered!

I can't speak to your individual situation without knowing
more about it. Perhaps it was before 1994 (i.e., before
Clinton *himself* removed some of the defendant's legal
protections)?

My point is, this strict interpretation that you complain
so loudly about (now that your hero Bill Clinton is caught
up in it), was not invented by Starr or the Republicans.
