George, the final price is set. .825 LU for each ASND. The price
of both companies will now react in unison to any news, good or bad,
coming from either company. Shareholders must hope only good news
flows from two companies now, instead of just one.

... unless the deal falls apart, then it's 'look out below' for ASND.
Not that I think this is going to happen, mind you.
