They are in talks with at least two companies about a joint venture. At the end of the day (hopefully by mid Feb) SDD will have a partner that can work at getting this property on it's way to start producing in a yr or so. Permit question - will ask There is a PP closing soon at .15. A premium to the market - but as we saw last week - it didn't take much to close that gap. There are not many people making money on SDD at these levels. There will be resistance levels on the way up - but right now the offers show at .11 + .12 + .15 + .20 + .45. So some good news should chew right thru the overhang and start to get back to the .30 level I hope.
