The CALP purchase of IMON was a reverse merger. Like you said, it's like an back door IPO. IMON wanted a listing on NASDAQ ASAP so they could benefit from their product release and growing revenues. So, they found an existing NASDAQ company (CALP) and entered into an agreement where CALP brought IMON and changed their name to IMON. Classic reverse merger. It's a great way for small investors to get in a company at a low price. I've done well with reverse mergers before. Was IMON a OTC:BB stock previously, or was it privately held?
