You can substitute ANY software company for MSFT there and say the same thing. But then I don't recall any software company advertise their software and saying it is buggy. So according to your statement, all software companies are dishonest.

85% of the users of the software could care less about being a technician and are happy with the software. Most would say it meets or exceeds their expectations.
