RE NEVADA Corporation. Mt attorney handles a lot of corporate filings etc. I am ignorant in this area, but his comment was that any company that is a NEVADA corporation would have to move it to another state to be taken seriously by the market. Any further info about Nevada issues would educate me further. I'll be glad to check w/ atty for clarification if you help me with the right questions. TIA BHunt
