Zeev, another interesting comparison is PROG to Skymall (SKYM). Both are primarily catalog retailers transitioning to the internet.

SKYM's shares recently took off (although since have retrenched) after announcing their internet sales tripled (PROG's internet sales increased 5X).

SKYM had less than $65 million in sales last year (PROG $230 million). SKYM sales grew 22% last year (PROG grew 30%).

SKYM did earn a profit last year, p/e ratio 106 compared to PROG 24.

SKYM market cap. is $209 million compared to PROG $65 million.

SKYM Price to sales ratio is 3.2 compared to PROG .3.

So, SKYM has 3X the market cap. as PROG on 1/4th the sales, and slower growth in sales. SKYM had a better profit margin than PROG over the last 12 months, but we know that PROG's net profit margin is likely to jump in the 4th quarter.
