Customer service is horrible. I called Webspan because I lost everything on my hard drive last week including the dial in number to Webspan. I left a message and they never called back.

How did I find out the dial in number? I had to use my Father's Mindspring account.

How am I logged in right now? I'm using my father's Mindspring account. I haven't been able to log into Webspan for the past 12 hours. Even though I prepaid for Webspan for a year in advance I think i'm going to switch ISPs......
