You are correct. normally a broker would not hold the
new shares until there is a market and any restrictive
legend is lifted.


In the AVAL proxy, would you think it would be spelled out
what if any restrictions there are on the new shares from AHS?

Many of us have held shares patiently and in good faith,
with money tied up as long 15 months without seeing one
penny profit. With the probability of an AHS IPO ahead,
I sure don't want to be told after the fact that
I can't trade my shares when I want.

I think if *that* happened, I'd be like a rabid dog looking
for a leg to bite!
