funk - your experiences do not speak well for internet e-tailers. There are some things in favor of the local store.....Quick delivery, in stock = in stock, quick returns, no shipping charge, and no sales tax for me.....Oregon!! When I build a machine, I buy locally from several stores and am done getting parts in a couple of hours. When a part is bad, I trade it in and get the new one in an hour. Peter
