Alfredo, FWIW, we had an in depth conversation about splitting this thread up after the auction, but decided there was not enough company specific content. Further, Brazilian investments for as long as I've followed along (1 1/2 years) are more dependent on macro-economic conditions, DOW, Japan etc...fundamentals really have not come into play ever, therefore separate threads for any of the babies, or any Brazilian stock for that matter, are likely to contain a lot of redundant input. At the point fundamentals have more meaning it might make sense to create separate threads.
Watch TNE and TCS also. I personally am a big fan of all the wirelines (TNE, TSP, TCS, EMT) and keep a watchful eye on TCP (Sau Paulo wireless). The wirelines are the safest bets IMO.
