Simply put it works this way.frank and directors own 20%.with the remaining 80% a portion will be sold to the public say for example another 20% at 10.That ipo money will go straight to the ftel treasury
less the brokers cut usually 5 to 10% range. So we have the cash plus the remaining 60% of fnet as assets in ftel. But thats for another day. I have enough to focus on now with the big kahuna and an ipo is conjecture.My personelfeeling is that the above scenario could be different.But however its played out we own a huge chunk of fnet as an asset of ftel. sleep well this is exhausting.
