I forget where we were discussing it, but the January issue of Nature Biotechnology with the Yale/Vion/et al. article on the lipid A mutant just arrived. Front cover, red-orange bug against a blue background, scanning EM..... "Tumor-targeting Salmonella".

I don't mean to imply that I think it's a good idea, but I'm beginning to warm up to it. I'll read the manuscript and comment soon.
