Last Post ... I visited the company website (Aeti.com) ... very Spartan at this point and only one consumer product ... They have a good looking product which they call STEALTH or STEALTH DRIVE , but no registered trade-mark, or even pending application, for it in the U.S. or Canada ... this is a common oversight which can substantially reduce the sale price in the event of a takeover, sale or merger ... in consumer products, brand recognition is a large part of the franchise ... If anyone here is in contact with the company, I would be pleased to recommend an inexpensive Canadian trademark attorney to get the ball rolling on this point ... after all, it's what I do ...
