Mr. Provocateur,

As for the $50,000 license fee. I had discussions with Mr. Skinner on this issue back in late August/early September. At that point in time he indicated that license fees would be somewhat negotiable depending on underlying circumstances...ie, discounting for multiple sites or very high traffic sites. This is a business, and having run a few myself, especially in the service industry, certian price structures should be negotiable, as every client brings a unique set of chips to the bargaining table. Also, these fees could be being split with the prospect generator (Vaudville in this case) which is very good incentive to get out there and accumulate more clients. License fees are nice, but what is going to make WINR huge is transaction volume, and obviously the more clients the more volume!

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
