This is the results of my research. I'm upgrading an older PC, so i don't need the sound card, case, etc. They're also not so critical. This should give you a range of prices for very high quality, high performace products at remarkably low prices. I ordered my CPU/MB parts from PCNut. I plan on adding the ATI all-in-wonder AGP video card for around $160 and either using my old PCI video for the second monitor or buying a $50 generic PCI video card.

Mother board/CPU -- one choice:
motherboard $120 ABIT BH6
CPU $110 Celeron 300a, overclocked to 450 MHZ
CPU fan $15 From motherboard/CPU supplier...
RAM 64MB $100 PC100
