All in all, the overnight posts were of a much higher quality than what's smeared this thread over the past few days. Thank you all for more pleasant, informative and civil reading. My faith in SI is restored knowing that there remains people of differing beliefs who can state their views without hyperbole (or use of the word "dude").

And thank you Sharon, whose posts have done more to raise the level of this thread than anyone else. Your calm, yet firm, responses elevate all of us to post in the most appropriate fashion. Thank you, and may today bring profits to all of us, no matter where our views have taken us.
