Given the NASDAQ de-listing situation, the reverse split was inevitable and I believe that the market reaction will be muted because the reverse has been widely anticipated. With the de-listing and reverse split issues put behind us, the company can now focus on telling us about the turnaround <G> that they have planned for this year.
