You are in the ballpark with your analysis. WINR's current situation basically represents an arbitrage opportunity in that the information is already out there about the potential revenue from WINR's clients.

Stock prices are theoretically based on expectations of future cash flows, the timing of those cash flows, and the riskiness of those cash flows. Currently you see the expectations rising, the timing sooner, and the risk reduced as operations commence, all in WINR's favor.

In reality, movements in the stock price simply boil down to a supply/demand issue. I have been touting this stock for a while simply because of the great information that is already out there about potential cash flows. The risk of those cash flows is reducing every day the WINR is in operation.

I hope that my last valuation of WINR that I did a few weeks ago helped clarify the potential I see in WINR, I will be updating those calculations after we see some news on Interbet which should be shortly.
