ztect, Here is the bottom line... I guarantee the director (carry-over as may be) knows a hell of a lot more about this company and where its going that you or anyone else here does. I know what it means when an insider sells. It means they do not think the stock will be worth as much going forward. Plain and simple... Good luck...
