Gersh: OT Well, I guess the next time someone decides to argue the point regarding MMs manipulation, we can refer them to this week's SEC ruling and Anthony...<g> Of course, some of us have known for many years. You know where there is lots of smoke, even if one can not actually see the fire, one knows it is there... Specialist do it as well, but they are alone, much harder to catch. On Topic Market as measure by the IND/DJI is moving up as expected...it should trade in the range provided yesterday. However, if it does drop below, this may well portend a much stronger pullback.
