Gator - Have you looked at GBFE's financials. Who told you that 4 to 10 is the buyout range? Why would DIS pay more than $1 when they could wait for bankruptcy and pick up the assets much cheaper. The only reason DIS is thinking about a buyout is because it might be cheaper than letting GBFE default on it's loan.
