I, too, am a cynical bastard by nature.

However, I think that the GVCU story is different. (Bruss notwithstanding. .. . .<s>).

GVCU had earnings of $.15/share for FY 10/96 AND $800K + in the bank. My money in on Alan Woinski to put that money to work in the gaming industry to create tremendous multiples for shareholders.
