"IP based VOD delivery" does not require servers such as CCUR produces? Is that the risk? Please help me out since I do not have the technology background. If that is the case, then I would guess that we are at risk here. Which technology do you think has the entrepreneurial, innovative, imaginative, fast acting management, and can raise capital very inexpensively. It ain't cable MSO's.
