Medical Resorts International Inc.

EDMONTON, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - Medical Resorts International Inc. is pleased
to announce that it has signed an agreement to purchase a Chelation Clinic in
Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company expects to add dialysis stations to
this clinic to service the travelling dialysis patient. It is expected that
revenue from dialysis stations will increase the yearly revenue of this clinic
without substantially increasing costs.
The issued and outstanding shares in the Company is 30,928,592.
Medical Resorts International Inc. trades on the Canadian Dealing Network
(CDN) Toronto under the Symbol ''MDRE'' in the United States on the NQB Pink
Sheets under the symbol ''MRINF''.
