David, think you should start using Ithaca printers! Thanks for the background, it helps. If you learn of any changing fundamentals in the POS market, I'd appreciate your sharing it with me. An update on the spinoff: I confirmed that the spinoff will be dollar for dollar and that MGMT will sell 17,000 shares or so in the open market so that each share of TRDX gets exactly one share of TACT.
