James & Cameron,
Still i don't understand why IOM can not have a version of Zip which may be slower but will be compatible with old floppies. So, you will have speedier cheaper regular Zip for the future and a slower, bit
expensive zip drive for the old floppy compatible crowd (which will
eventually go away in the future). By doing this, IOM can send IMN also in the direction of SYQT.

Will this be too expensive? When IMN can do, why not IOM?
