Hate to rain on bears parade, but

Seems odd that RMDY would want to channel stuff to beat the estimates by 30%. Usually companies do that to meet the quarter, CSCC, for example.

Also, most help desk software has to be customized for each particular company that uses it. This software isn't like say WINDOWS 95, that can be used by anybody and can easily be stuffed in the channel.

I also think people use the term channel stuffing to loosely in these threads.
