no janice . you are lying again dear. there were other restrictions on that stock & it has been discussed already. the ta resigned because charlies lawyer greg tifer was threatening them to lift legends off of stock in violation of the stocks restriction. sylver would not tolerate this & informed ta of legal action if the legends were lifted in violation of these restrictions.
the account was never used dear. that should be enough to tell you something.
as for legal action against charlie dear it appears again your "professional research" has let you down. maybe you can call "jason & johanna" or some of your other friends to help you. charlie is currently in his own legal battles with aznt over 224k shares he attempted to lift legends off of in violation of the restriction.
