Dave D Developing Business Plan January 15, 1999 - The Company executives have been meeting in Eastern Canada this past week and plan to continue efforts next week as well. The business plan is being revised to include a more well defined market place for the Company's diverse properties. In the coming months Indocan plans to spin-off two of its major properties as separate public divisions. This should benefit shareholders tremendously as the full perceived value of each property can be viewed by the stockmarket. Plans for producing ore at these properties is underway and the effect of property specific share trading will also benefit the then parent company, Indocan Resources Inc. Investors would then have shares in each of the three publicly quoted companies. As the details become finalized we will make a public announcement through the wire services. Shareholders should call their brokers now and request that their stock is transferred and shipped to their name to facilitate a faster receipt of the two new entities shares. Stocks held at the brokerage house will also arrive for the customer account but that will probably be some weeks after the registered holders get their new certificates. The registration of your shares into your name and the delivery of the stock to your address will provide a positive pressure on the stock price as well since broker/dealers that may have been trading with your shares will have to cover and/or deliver the shares of the new companies like a dividend. Check this site often for breaking news on these developing events.
